When it is found that the diesel generator consumes too much oil, you need to first check whether the body, gear chamber cover, large plate on the side of the running wheel, rear cover, cover and other joints are leaking oil. If the unit leaks oil, you should pay attention to whether the gaskets at each connection are intact and whether the connecting screws of each part are loose. The damaged gaskets should be replaced and the loose bolts should be tightened to the specified torque. If the above parts are basically normal and the oil leak is in the frame position, the oil casing should be checked. The main inspection part is at the front end of the oil shell side on the same side as the running wheel. Most of the time, the running wheel is pulled by the V-belt and rubs against the frame angle iron that protects the oil casing for a long time. The oil casing is worn through to form a gap, resulting in oil leakage.

2. Normal wear caused by long-term use of diesel generators or abnormal wear caused by improper maintenance will cause longitudinal scratches on the cylinder liner of the diesel engine, and the cylinder diameter and piston side clearance will exceed the specified value, which will reduce the supporting force of the piston ring accordingly, resulting in unclean oil scraping. Or because the supporting torsion spring inside the oil ring is disconnected at the oil ring opening position, the oil is not scraped cleanly and participates in combustion, resulting in serious fuel consumption symptoms, manifested as difficulty in starting the diesel engine, obvious blue smoke from the exhaust pipe, and serious oil spraying from the respirator. In addition, when the piston should be on the upper side, due to the reverse direction during assembly, the combustion chamber will be in an inverted state. Although it will not affect the start of the diesel engine, the fuel consumption will be quite serious, with a daily fuel consumption of about 0.5 kg.
